Our clinicians provide both psychotherapy and social work services. This allows clients to access care through a range of benefit plans. We take a thoughtful, collaborative approach and tailor therapy to each individual. If you’re unsure which therapist might be the right fit, we’re happy to help. Sometimes everything starts to pile up. School might feel unmanageable, relationships are difficult, work leaves you drained, or your family system just feels off. You might be trying to keep up with everything women are expected to manage, while working through neurodivergence, trauma, or change, and just need a bit of room to breathe.

I work with kids (10+), teens, adults, and families, creating a space where everyone can feel understood and supported. With families, I focus on helping people communicate better, understand each other, and find ways to enjoy being together again.

I use a mix of CBT, MBCT, neuroaffirming therapy and solution-focused approaches to help you manage what’s on your plate in a way that feels doable. Therapy isn’t about fixing you, it’s about finding what works for you, feeling supported, and leaving each session a little lighter!

Life doesn’t always change gently. Sometimes it’s a breakup, a move, a new job, family tension, burnout, or experiences of grief and loss that quietly shift how you see yourself and your life. You might feel overwhelmed, stuck in your thoughts, emotionally exhausted, or unsure of where you’re headed next.

I work with people who are navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, grief and loss, and high levels of stress. I offer a calm, supportive space where we can slow things down, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and develop practical ways to cope and regain a sense of clarity and control.

My approach is collaborative and grounded in evidence-based practices. If you’re going through a period of change and feeling overwhelmed, you don’t have to figure it out alone.
