I work with kids (10+), teens, adults, and families, creating a space where everyone can feel understood and supported. With families, I focus on helping people communicate better, understand each other, and find ways to enjoy being together again.
I use a mix of CBT, MBCT, neuroaffirming therapy and solution-focused approaches to help you manage what’s on your plate in a way that feels doable. Therapy isn’t about fixing you, it’s about finding what works for you, feeling supported, and leaving each session a little lighter!

Life doesn’t always change gently. Sometimes it’s a breakup, a move, a new job, family tension, burnout, or experiences of grief and loss that quietly shift how you see yourself and your life. You might feel overwhelmed, stuck in your thoughts, emotionally exhausted, or unsure of where you’re headed next.

I offer a calm, supportive space where we can slow things down, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and develop practical ways to cope and regain a sense of clarity and control.
